Description
Subsurface Construction installed micropiles to provide deep foundation support to eccentrically loaded pile caps along an existing parking deck.

The original design was to install micropiles on the inside and outside of the existing parking deck concentrically around each proposed column location.

Subsurface Construction worked closely with the project structural engineer to install piles only on the outside of the existing parking deck, causing less disruption to the hospital operations, as well as decreasing installation time and cost.
